13TH INTERNATIONAL FORUM ON GREEN TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT – IFGTM 2023

IFGTM is an annual forum organized by the Consortium for Green Technology Management and Research (CGTMR) to facilitate the exchange of new approaches, research, and experiences related to environmental protection and the response to climate change towards the net-zero carbon emission target in Vietnam by 2050. This year, the forum is held with the 25th anniversary of its establishment and 30 years of training of the School of Environmental Science and Technology (INEST), Hanoi University of Science and Technology (HUST), a founding member of CGTMR.

MAIN TOPICS (1) New technologies and solutions towards circular economy (waste reuse/recycling, low carbon technology, renewable energy, etc.). (2) Environmental pollution control engineering (air pollution control, water and wastewater treatment, solid waste management, etc.). (3) Advanced tools applied in environmental management (monitoring, modelling, integrated management, ecological industry, waste inventory, life cycle assessment, etc.) (4) Climate change adaptation and biodiversity protection (ecological toxicity, greenhouse gas emissions and mitigation solutions, urban development for climate change adaptation, biodiversity conservation, impacts assessment on agricultural and coastal environments, etc.).

Time: 11, 12, Oct 2023

Location: Ta Quang Buu Library, Hanoi University of Science and Technology, No. 1 Dai Co Viet Rd., Hai Ba Trung Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam.

Scientific papers submitted to the forum on time and following the formatting guidelines will be reviewed, edited and when accepted, they will be published in the special issue of the Journal of Science and Technology – Technical Universities (JST), which got maximum score of 1.0 in the Interdisciplinary Council for Professorship of Chemistry - Food Technology. The Scientific Committee will select the outstanding papers to submit for the Journal of Science and Technology – Vietnam Academy of Sciences and Technology (VJST-SCOPUS list).

- Deadline for submitting full manuscript: May 30th, 2023.

- Notification of full manuscript acceptance: July 15th, 2023.

- Deadline for submitting revised manuscript: July 31st, 2023.

- Conference date: October 11th-12th, 2023

Review and publication fee: 1.000.000 VND/manuscript submitted to the forum (the fee must be paid when submitting the manuscript).

The authors of selected outstanding manuscripts to submit to the VJST will cover the journal's cost by themselves.
